Our application provides a platform for dental professionals to manage clinical cases, evaluate treatment options, and receive AI-driven insights.
Medical Disclaimer:
The app provides educational and informational tools, including AI-generated suggestions. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical or dental judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. You, as the licensed professional, are solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
- We use Google Firebase Authentication to manage secure sign-ins.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or if you violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain all your ownership rights in your content (clinical cases, images, notes). By submitting content to the app, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, protecting, and improving the application and its AI services.
Privacy & HIPAA/GDPR Compliance:
You are strictly responsible for ensuring that any patient data uploaded is properly anonymized and complies with all applicable local healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) before it is entered into the system.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the app (hosted on Google Cloud).
- Uploading viruses, worms, or other software agents through the app.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the application.
6. Intellectual Property
The application, including its original content (excluding User Content or external references), features, AI algorithms, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the application; (iii) any content obtained from the application; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
